  • Michelle on WRFG 89.3

    On November 21st, FLAN member Michelle Sauve, alongside Filipino community member Solidad Tillman, was interviewed by WFRG 89.3. They both talk about Alma Bowman, a Filipina who was detained in March 2025 by ICE, and her case of a possible third-country deportation. Alma Bowman is a local Filipino community activist from Macon, GA.

  • Filipinos in the 6ix

    During October 2025, Filipino American/Canadian media platform “Filipinos in the 6ix” featured FLAN in their “North American Dream Tour” series. This gave FLAN the opportunity to connect with the community and share our story of how we got started.   • Michelle on WRFG 89.3

    On May 20, 2024, FLAN member Michelle Sauve was interviewed by WRFG 89.3 FM on their Labor Forum Segment on behalf of 9to5 Georgia. Michelle is a paid leave advocate, fighting for paid leave for all in Georgia. Shout out to Michelle for all she does for working Georgians.

  • Tiffany on TFC

    In November 2022, FLAN Founder Tiffany Garnace and member Michelle Sauve were featured in a TFC Segment highlighting the 2022 Midterm Elections. At the time, Tiffany was leading a group of volunteer canvassers for a non-partisan voter engagement in Clarkston, Georgia. Watch the interview using the link below!
